Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days, will be delivered the same day to select locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. You’ll need to pay an additional AED 18 to enjoy Same Day Delivery.
If you place your order before 3:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday, your order will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM (and all day Friday) will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
For I Best FZE , if you are not at home, our Customer Service team will call you to reschedule a convenient delivery date and time.
For non-furniture orders, our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery.
If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us.
If you’ve paid for your order by Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be credited to your card or bank account. Here’s how long it will take:
- 2-3 business days to receive your returned items.
- 2 business days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2-15 business days to process the transaction.
