Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before midnight 12:00 AM on business days will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders placed on non business days will be delivered within 3 days.

Delivery will take a little longer if it is to one of these areas.

For your other products, delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page.

Will I be charged for delivery?

Delivery is free above AED 400. If your total order value is less than AED 250, you will be charged AED 30 for delivery.

Delivery is free on furniture orders above AED 999. If your total order value is less than AED 999, you will be charged AED 30 for delivery. (Applicable for all areas except Western Region, Hatta, and Dalma Island).

While we try our best to deliver your order 3 to 4 working days in the time slot , under exceptional circumstances your delivery slot time may vary due to factors beyond our control. Please bear with us in these situations.

If you opt for Same Day Delivery, which is available to select locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, you will be charged an extra AED 18.

There will be no additional service charges of all Cash on Delivery orders.

Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
